creative suite of intellectual property regarding colossal infrastructure projects. You will notice that there
are not readily apparent solutions presented. This still remains a
compartmentalized intellectual pursuit but the economic climate could
use some spicing up. Upon inquiry to the
normal channels of corporate commerce I have been able to identify the
best of breed service providers with ease and their time to market is measured in weeks. I must inform you that the USAId would like to
see a pilot operation in order to be able to export complete systems to
1st thru 4th world countries.
