1. Opportunity and focus

Our fund offers investors access to sustainable
investments in renewable energy infrastructure. Under current
market conditions the manager aims to take advantage of lower
technology prices, availability of excellent projects, attractive
feed-in tariffs, all combined to deliver strong returns with very
limited risk.

Our fund invests in EU-27 renewable energy
infrastructure projects (solar and wind parks), which have turnkey
status or are fully operational. Investments profit from both
subsidized feed-in tariffs with state guarantees and power
purchasing agreements signed with utility companies.

2. Objective

The Fund’s core objective is to contribute to the control of global
warming and to support sustainable and ecological economic
growth, while delivering an IRR of at least 8% with minimal risk.

3. Risk/return profile

Based on the sophisticated and detailed due diligence process
the team is able to invest in attractive projects which fulfil
the following criteria:
• Sustainable and ecological
• Guaranteed feed-in tariff/subsidies over life-time of investment
• Minimal risk: turn-key or fully operational
• Within EU-27
• IRR 8%+

Foreign exchange risk for Euro investors is minimal. There is
zero correlation with stock markets. The investment
diversification across Euro-zone countries and in two
technologies further minimizes risk to investors. Together with a
minimal default risk this attractive risk/return profile provides a
good option for portfolio diversification.
